Chief Financial Officer Mr. Miles is a Chartered Accountant with a BSc in Geology who has over 20 years experience in a large multinational corporate environment, primarily with Cominco Ltd. While with Cominco, he held various positions in corporate finance and was most recently Exploration Controller, responsible for the financial reporting of the corporation's eight international exploration subsidiaries as well as reporting for Canadian based exploration. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Miles was the corporate controller for Quest Capital Corp. (formerly Viceroy Resource Corporation). | Marjorie Winslow, Corporate Administrator Ms. Winslow has over 20 years experience in executive administration, office management, project management and accounting, having been previously employed in the private and public sectors. Ms. Winslow has gained experience in the forest industry, financial district, mineral exploration and junior mining companies through a number of publicly traded companies listed on the TSX-V and the TSX since 1985. | Doug Reed, Controller Mr. Reed is a dedicated CA with extensive experience in the audit of publicly traded companies on the TSX, TSX-V, and OTC markets, and has worked with mining and exploration, oil & gas, real estate investment, and large multinational private manufacturing companies. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Victoria, and a Diploma in Financial Accounting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. During his 7 year tenure in public practice, Mr. Reed was responsible for managing the financial statement audits of public companies trading on the major stock exchanges.
